What I Learned - Angels Undercover by Diane Noble
Came across this book in a charity shop - a different sort of read for me but I loved it!
What I Learned:
I think this should read "friends & family". I am so lucky to have such lovely people in my life helping me along in their own quiet way, as is my daughter. You know who you are.
Especially pertinent to me this week in particular. I will share just why in a later post.
All I will say just now is that if you can do a kindness for someone, no matter how small, then don't hesitate, do it right now. You have no idea how much any kindness may mean to them.
I love this...any direction is definitely way better than sitting still...and sometimes the wrong direction is where you find the most unexpected treasures (see my travel posts for proof of this!)
This one can be difficult to remember sometimes, but my daughter and I were talking in the car yesterday about the fact that we are most definitely not a planning household (anymore, in my case at least - too much experience of the best laid plans going wrong and causing stress!) We very much just go with the flow and see where we end up, and boy have we had some exciting adventures along the way!
