The Road to Skye Day 2 Part 8
Spotted this perfect row of pylons somewhere on the road between the Fairy Pools & Dunvegan and I have a photographer friend who is partial to a perfect row of pylons...so climbed up higher on the van and took pictures...
...he has a lot to answer for however...I decided to jump down from my high up picture taking position and landed all wrong...ouch!! Lesson learned!!!!!

8pm and back on the road again heading to Dunvegan. The flash floods were unbelievable on route, so much water coming down from the sky so quickly. We arrived in Dunvegan about 9pm and found a wee layby between the village and the castle to park up in for the night. It was still absolutely bucketing down, but we were warm and cosy in our wee camper!
Let's hope it dries up a wee bit by morning!!!

7.15pm and we were starving so time to find a nice spot to stop for another "dinner with a view". We got adventurous this time and added Smoked Sausage to our pasta with Campbell's Condensed Mushroom Soup...the road trip dinner of champions!
