This is an amazing book that will leave you utterly floored - but set aside a weekend - a day to read it and a day to recover, as you won't be able to put it down. What I Learned: If only one of us had that fabulous magic wand that would take away all those "tattoos". Never, ever, ever give up. You can do anything. Where you are going is always more important than where you have come from. That's not to say that where you have come from has a bearing on the person you have become moving into that future. I think this is a perfect summary of grief. I love this quote - and bizarrely I think I needed to hear this when I read it.
