The Road to Skye Day 2 Part 5
1pm and a wee stop at Kyle of Lochalsh for fuel and supplies - we can see the bridge!!! And we spotted the only place in the Highlands any discerning Mermaid gets her underwear :-)
What a great choice!!!!
1.20pm - ON SKYE (finally!!!!!)
1.30 - The sun's come out woo hoo!!!!
1.45 and Daisy spots this sign for the Skye Market Square and has me just about 2 wheel off the road because we all know how much she loves a book shop...
?...
She found vintage copies of Alice's Adventures Underground & Mother Goose so was a very happy bunny!
But then, just when Daisy thought life couldn't get any better...
Wait...what magicalness is this gonna be...
for a confirmed Potterhead like Daisy it really does not get any better than this...genuine Skye one of a kind wands - it's safe to say we will be back so Daisy can purchase her Magical weapon of choice!!!
And obviously it then would have been rude to leave this little gem of an antique shop un-rummaged....
Safe to say we are loving Skye so far!
