Chocolately Biscuits

Love these super quick and easy chocolatey biscuits - and they are not too chocolate overkill either - just nice in face.  Daisy seemed to agree because the whole of the first batch out of the oven seemed to mysteriously disappear!!!

my tops tip - add extra flour until you've got a less sticky biscuit dough...then chill for as long as possible - I often make the dough and night and bake these in the morning!  I also substituted the butter for "Utterly Butterly" as it was on offer in the local Co-op!!!  We used Cadbury's Highlights Sachets for this batch.

I am reliably informed they are nice made into a sandwich biscuit with either peanut butter or Nutella or both!
