What I Learned - Writing on the Road by Sue Reid Sexton
My awesome little sister bought me a copy of this lovely book for Christmas, and I have since bought 2 other copies to distribute to people I knew would love it - one of whom is now in the process of buying her own old rust bucket! What I Learned: Push your limits, always - the only person standing in your way is you! Go out and smash it! So relatable...I don't quite live in the big city of Glasgow, in fact where I live you can often find other people out on Campervan adventures parked in the park, or the Glen, or the woods. I am very lucky. But I love nothing more than finding a quiet deserted spot in the wilds far from home (all the better if there is no mobile phone signal) where I just feel instantly at peace. Absolute fact...campervanning is the quickest lesson you will ever have in "winging it"! Try hard not to strive to be like everyone else. Be you. Only you can be you, and, I'll let you into a wee secret...you are awesom
