Sympathy, the debut novel from Olivia Sudjic, arrived in my brilliant Reading In Heels subscription box last month - watch out for a subscription box "unboxing" post in the near future! How often in life do we see what we want to see rather than what is actually there, do we manipulate the actual circumstances in our mind to fit our idea of how we want things to be? Wow - well I started this book last night and didn't go to sleep until I'd finished. This book is utterly incredible. What I Learned: The following quotes are from the authors summing up in the back of the book... So many important lessons in just a couple of paragraphs. Surround yourself with people who can the see the sunshine that is positively bursting out of you. They are the people who will help you make all of your dreams come true.
